Due to the nature of personalized gifts/customized with names/engraved we do not accept returns, cancellations, or give refunds but can help you correct any typographical errors made by the customer at a discounted rate. Please be sure to double check the spelling in your instructions/order placement as we copy and paste that information directly into our design software for engraving.
